With over 20 years in sales, marketing, customer satisfaction, organizational development, selection and assessment, Jamie draws on her expertise to build results-based engagements and solutions. She’s produced novel training and assessment solutions, managed complex international, national and regional training rollouts, and trained thousands of senior leaders, managers, staff, and field reps. She has certified hundreds of Facilitators, Trainers, and Master Trainers in over 25 training solutions.
Jamie has a unique ability to quickly understand an organization’s business issues and learning-related challenges, and work with the appropriate stakeholders and subject matter experts to craft, develop and implement solutions that meet the business objectives and delight the customer. Her strong analytical and planning skills, combined with the ability to coordinate the efforts of a team to meet organizational goals, enables her to consistently meet project goals, deadlines and budget requirements. Jamie has considerable experience working with senior and mid-level leaders; she has significant facilitation and consulting experience outside the US including Canada, Europe, UK, South America, India, and EMEA.
