As the editor ofPDG_Logo_update Performance, Punctuated, I’m proud of the variety of ideas that have been shared in this blog. As thousands of you visit each week, it’s great to be part of the conversations about learning, performance, and driving business results. Over the last three years, tens of thousands of you from all over the world have visited our virtual coffee shop, pulled up a chair, and chatted with us about learning.

This has always been the blog of Performance Development Group in Malvern, PA, but we’ve always kept it somewhat separate from the main PDG site. Frequent visitors may also have noticed that we haven’t updated as often as we’d like, but with nearly 100 articles, there is still plenty to choose from!

In August, we’ll see some changes. The blog will be moved from WordPress to the PDG website. If your bookmark is http://blog.performdev.com, don’t worry– that link will still take you to the new blog. If you’ve bookmarked us any other way, please change your book mark to http://blog.performdev.com.

Here’s what won’t change: this blog will continue to be the place to go for thoughtful commentary, observations, and thought leadership on the driving human performance through learning– whether that is technique, tool, or technology.

Looking forward to meeting you in our new home!

Rich Mesch

Editor, Performance, Punctuated
